Several of you probably know about Sean Stephenson. The “3-foot” giant, as he’s been called…
We’ve become great friends in the past year, I went to his 30th birthday in L.A. this year, and he even wired me some emergency money after I lost my wallet (with all cash and credit cards) here in Thailand.
And when I interviewed him for a recent 2-part Inner Game Training Recording about 6 months ago, I was blown away and in tears at his story…
Bottom line, I love, respect and trust him, and he makes me laugh more than almost anyone else.
But this isn’t a promotion for Sean, it’s about taking YOU and your relating with women to the next level.
And it’s a tip Sean gave me that had a profound impact on me, and MY relating with women, that I want to share with you now.
He’d urged me to create a vision board.
This feels really vulnerable to share, but in service of you being inspired to create your own and ROCK IN the New Year, I’m going to show you the first “digital” vision board I ever made – (*GULP*)
http://authenticmanprogram.com/ic/vision_board.jpg
As you can see, on it, I put
• Pictures of money representing financial abundance
• Alex Grey paintings representing spiritual realization
• Lucid dreaming pictures (lucid dreaming is where you realize you’re dreaming in your dreams, and can then take control of your dream)…
• Laughing with friends at the Burning Man Festival…
• Subtle energy (chi) illustrations, representing deepening awareness and presence of the subtle energies in my own body…
• And, of course, the Feminine —
And, since I was being really honest with myself…
What I wanted most of all… was an experience I’d come close to, but never really tasted…
A ménage a trois. Two women, and ME.
DID THE VISION BOARD WORK?
All I can say is, be careful with what you wish for.
I went from having zero experiences like this in my first 32 years, to seeing the results of this intention within 2 WEEKS after making the vision board…
and 2 more after that, within the next 3 months…!
But my purpose in sharing this with you isn’t to impress you…
It’s to IMPRESS UPON YOU the power of creating a vision board, and setting an intention.
I had no IDEA that things would happen so quickly for me, and not just in the sexual fantasy department. I’ve made huge breakthroughs in almost every category on my vision board.
And when I put this up on the AMP Inner Circle online Forum, and urged other guys to create theirs, the response – and the success stories that I received afterwards – was HUGE.
Hopefully by now I’ve convinced you of the power of the Almighty vision board.
Again, here’s the vision board that made it all happen for me.
http://authenticmanprogram.com/ic/vision_board.jpg
As you can see, I address the areas of money, personal development, friendships, the physical body, spirituality, and, of course, women.
Ok, so you’ve seen an example of Vision Boards – now it’s time to create your own, and blow the doors open on this New Year for yourself…
HOW TO CREATE YOUR OWN VISION BOARD
Warning: This is REALLY fun, and you may end up wanting to spend HOURS on it…!
1. FIND THE IMAGES
Cutting pictures out of magazines and pasting them to a posterboard is SOO 2009. Google Images, baby.
Go to http://images.google.com and find images that inspire you for the future you’d like to create for yourself.
Consider getting images for: New Home, Being in Nature, Having Adventures, New Job/Career, New Car, Helping Others, Your ideal Lover(s), Soulmate, Money, Health, Friends, Family, etc…
IMPORTANT NOTE: For the image to have maximum manifestation power, you should
a) FEEL the desire the image evokes in your body, and
b) feel GOOD about wanting it.
If you feel unsure or ambivalent, then there’s probably an internal conflict inside for you about this, and you would do well to get that resolved before you include that image on your vision board, through coaching, journaling, etc…
2. Copy & Paste the Image into Powerpoint or Photoshop
Copy the image to your clipboard, or save it to your desktop – then drag it into an image arranging/editing application like Powerpoint, Photoshop, Paint, or Fireworks.
Continue finding and copying/pasting images into this application, until you feel satisfied you’ve got enough images to represent all of the things you’re inspired to create in your life. Don’t worry about resizing and arranging them yet.
3. Supplement, resize and arrange
Once you’ve got images enough to represent what you want…you can supplement the images with evocative, inspiring words as well. Then, resize and arrange into an aesthetically pleasing layout.
NOTE RE: Pictures of women – Make sure to have a picture or representation of YOU in the middle of the pictures of women you’re inspired by. Otherwise, it becomes kind of a “girly-mag” vision board. The point is, to set the intention of having YOU be surrounded by the woman/women that you want in your life.
4. Save (and either print it out or make it your desktop)
If yours is like some of mine, then it’s not safe for cubicle-land work– so it might not be suitable to put it as your screensaver or your computer desktop.
If this is the case, print it out and have a hard copy, and put it somewhere that you’ll see EVERY DAY.
5. (RECOMMENDED): Join the AMP Inner Game Training Program, and share your vision board with the others on the Online Forum…
To be inspired by the vision boards of other guys…and to see MY latest vision board (Hint: I was manifesting a Thai Girlfriend..!), as well as share your own, you can join the AMP Inner Circle and check it all out on the Online forum, under the “Vision Boards” thread.

Love from India,
Bryan
P.S. Leave a comment below with your thoughts! Including any success stories, ideas for a rewarding 2010… or, for the truly ballsy, post a link to your vision board!!
It happens the same with LOA (Law Of Attraction), where some people
get results faster, and other people give up.
I know it can work, because my father keeps an old photo of his actual
house (it’s about the 60’s or 70’s), but it’s kind of shocking, because
even though it’s not the same, it’s almost the same!
But I’ve seen my sister’s Vision Board, and she hasn’t got anything from
that, and it’s from 2 years ago.
I’ve read that sometimes in order to manifest and get results there are
another things you should do, like feeling gratitude for all the good things
we already got, and don’t have to be angry with anyone, things like that.
What I like about all that (even though some are difficult to do), is that
you have to grow even more as person.
Another advice I read is that you have to be the most accurate you can with
many details.
Hi Bryan!
That top right pis of you and Decker just rips my heart to shreds. Fuck – tears are coming through. Thanks for sharing, brother.
PS Don`t think twice posting – we all love you!
I am so inspired by this. Been intending to do some kind of visioning collage, but, yeah, googling images will be faster than sifter through magazines.
If I get ballsy, I’ll write back with my result(s).
Love and HUGS,
Katie
Seriously thanks Brian for sharing that, I’ve done some in the past too (and need to start again today!) One little trick too is to take that digital image and toss it onto an Iphone or something like that to look at more often, on the train or in an elevator.
I can attest to what you said though, the results do come fast and it can be shocking and unbelievable when they do. I think the same values from the AMP program are in tune with a vision board…having these desires come from that true place inside. At the same time too it would be suggested by guys like Deepak Chopra to “Detach from the outcome.”
I was planning on making a huge career move. I put all my goals up, looked at it daily and tried my best to detach from the outcome. The things appeared in my life..sometimes out of the negative as well which is the hardest part to recognize in those moments of being kicked on your ass.
In making a vision board I personally will go big as well as putting in things that will benefit the world around me too. When I encounter something that truly sucks, I do my best to find the positive out of it too, and often it resonates as a great lesson in the future. So don’t let people shoot this down as California mumbo jumbo. Thanks Brian seriously for a great tool and reminder for my year, needed it.
I’ve been very interested by this article, I’m hoping to get more female friends in my life and a long term partner…Oh, and did I mention the sex? I feel a bit under pressure though. How many more tips do you have on getting the absolute most out of this exercise?
I will be sharing it and the results WHEN they happen.
All the best, Damo
Hey guys-
I can vouch first hand for the power of vision boards. I had been encouraged to create my own after seeing the manifestations of the things included on the vision boards my five-year-old and three-year-old daughters had created along with my wife. For example, the only thing in common between the two of their vision boards was a puppet theater and in my amazement, just before our youngest daughter’s birthday, some friends were in town visiting family and were clearing out some old unused toys and called to ask us if we wanted some of them. A puppet theater was among the items offered. Part of the amazing part of this manifestation is that we had yet to decide on the perfect birthday gift with her birthday only a week away and here the perfect gift fell right in to our hands.
Soon after that I began collecting things to include on my own vision board, hoping to fill the empty space left on our hallway wall after my wife and daughters had put up their own. Most of what I was collecting were pictures and phrases from magazines that reflected experiences and emotions I was wanting to attract in to my life. About a month later, my “stash” of clippings had grown pretty large but had yet to make it to an actual board. It was at that time that a series of thoughts came together within a matter of minutes to make a dream of mine to start an organic farm become a reality. Upon having these instrumental ideas, I went to my collection of clippings and excitedly pulled each one out of my journal book where I had been saving them and with each one I pulled out, I realized that the realization of my dream was fulfilling each and every one of the things I had collected for my vision board. I few days later I put the actual vision board together and it now hangs in our hallway along with the rest and serves as a reminder to hold the vision of my dreams and see them through to reality.
In my experience, the act of collecting the thoughts of the things to include in my vision board were obviously just as significant as creating an actual board.. proof that by focusing your thoughts on what you want to attract into your life, those things will be manifested, sooner than you may think!
OK, here’s the link to my vision board and explanation. Thanks for the killer idea Bryan!!
Respect
Damo
sorry forgot the link
http://members.authenticmanprogram.com//component/option,com_smf/Itemid,27/topic,2900.msg19312/#new,
There, now I can stop hi-jacking this article.
Thanks, Damo
Hey Bryan,
I love this idea! My girlfriend and I actually recently made a vision board of all the things we want (travel, a cool loft, a dog, move to San Francisco, freedom to not have to work at a company, etc.).
I’ve recently gotten into internet marketing and marketing bad-ass Frank Kern was giving out a free DVD over the holidays that had a really cool exercise you might like on it. Basically, you sit down and write in excruciating detail what you would like your perfect day to be like. This includes what you do, who you do it with, what you think about… everything! It’s really an amazing (and fun) exercise.
Anyway, keep this blog up! As an AMP grad that doesn’t have the fortune of living in San Francisco (yet), I really enjoy reading about what you guys are up to.
Ahhh…the lollipop girl
Good thing you didn’t make the 3some pic any bigger or we’d have a hard time getting you to write this newsletter
This is great. If you want to take it up yet another notch, make a Vision Video!
-Pick out a song that really amps you up and inspires you.
-Find your images of inspiration online (google images, etc).
-Use a video editing program (i.e. iMovie) to create a slideshow of your images to the song.
-Full screen it, press play, and blast your inspiring song while watching your inspiring images float by.
-Experience your dreams come true!
Hey Bryan,
Thanks for sharing your visionboard with us, you’ve got some powerful images in there!
One place where I put my vision board is in my bathroom right above the toilet, so I can see it multiple times per day while I have a few moments of “free time”. Of course, putting it in other areas like the office or your room work well too.
Take care,
Ryan
Wow man, this is very nice information, thankyou.
And AMP devolves.
