How do we store your information?
Your information is stored at the list server
that delivers AMP newsletters. Your information
can only be accessed by those who help manage
those lists in order to deliver e-mail to those
who would like to receive AMP's newsletters.
All of the newsletters that are
sent to you by AMP include an unsubscribe link
in them. You can remove yourself at any time from
our newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe
link. You can also contact us at the link at the
bottom of the page to change your information

What information does AMP
collect from our users and how do we collect it?
Our website provides opportunities
for you to request additional information from
us. To do so, we will request various forms of
contact information from you. Typically this includes
your name, email address and possibly your answer

also lets us better identify what types of information

Governing law
This policy and the use of this
Site are governed by California law. If a dispute
arises under this Policy we agree to first try
to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon
mediator in the following location: San Mateo
County. Any costs and fees other than attorney
fees associated with the mediation will be shared
equally by each of us.
If it proves impossible to arrive
at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation,
we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration
at the following location: San Mateo County, under
the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration
may be entered in any court with jurisdiction
to do so.
Authentic Man Program is controlled,
operated and administered entirely within California.
